Hi, I got mine working with FC6 using the instructions that came with the driver which are obviously similar to yours.

Anybody who can help me finding driver for this?? You'll most likely have to install ndiswrapper on your Ubuntu machine.

I have just installed Slackware If you choose to use ndiswrapper, it will work with flying colors without any trouble at all don't quote me on thator you could even use the native linux driver for it, which would be a lot easier for you and would save a lot of hassle.
